Arsenal lead in League with help of Brooklyn

Arsenal have secured the early lead in the race to have one of the most promising players in the ranks after David Beckham’s son Brooklyn has signed a short-term deal with the club.

The Premier league giants have a reputation for developing plays into great internationals. The likes of Aaron Ramsey and Thierry Henry have become great players since joining Arsenal.

David Beckham has his roots with Manchester United, but his son Brooklyn surprisingly was a supporter of Arsenal. The 15-year-old has been getting a lot of attention in recent months from clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Arsenal.

He has decided to commit to the gunners after signing a short-term contract. Arsenal, though, remain some way away from managing to secure a professional contract with him. Clubs will be able to sign him by just paying compensation fee before he turns 18 years. Brooklyn will be playing with the gunners till the end of the campaign.

Undoubtedly, the presence of his father David Beckham played an important role in such a prestigious club offering him a contract. Other clubs who have shown an interest in the past include Championship outfit Fulham. Brooklyn also has two younger brothers at ages 12 and nine.

They have also been part of the Arsenal youth setup over the last few years. “Brooklyn is talented and he has stood out in all of the training sessions and games he has played.

He has had other teams sniffing around and it was always going to be a case of when, not if, he was signed up by a big-name club.Next summer we may see him sign a big-money deal and with Arsenal,” said an insider to a major British tabloid in England. English professional contacts can be signed by players after they turned 17.
